Procedure to purchase the products displayed on our site:

Go to the product you are interested in, and contact us by phone, whatsapp or by email for more information.

VYou will be put in communication with one of our operators who will handle your request as soon as possible.

SThe request procedure will be completed together, followed by a confirmation email with the order details, the shipping estimate and the payment details.

TYPES OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:

• BANK TRANSFER

In this case, the order is processed on the business day following the day on which we will receive the amount of the bank transfer. To speed up delivery times, we recommend sending a copy of the CRO of the wire transfer. If after 7 days from the moment of the order we do not receive the payment the order will be canceled. • CREDIT CARD

In the event that the transaction requested with the payment card has been authorized by the CartaSi secure service, the order is processed on the business day following the day on which the payment was successful. All information about the order will be sent via e-mail to the address you provided.

• PAYPAL

In the event that the requested transaction - made using the main credit cards (Visa, MasterCard ...), even prepaid, in addition to the PayPal account - has been authorized by the secure PayPal service, the order is processed the next working day to the day on which the payment was successful. All information about the order will be sent via e-mail to the address you provided.

SHIPMENT

Shipping by our courier service with a personalized quote based on the quantities of the goods and the place of destination. Possibility of collection with in-house courier service.
